 A professional since 1980, Tom Blagden concentrates his photography on Costa Rica, Maine, and South Carolina, where he lives with his wife, Lynn, and daughter, Sarah. His photography, writing, and lecturing are devoted to creating a unique sense of place as both a celebration of and catalyst for land protection and conservation issues. Tom has produced four exhibit-format books: Lowcountry: The Natural Landscape (Legacy), and three in association with The Nature Conservancy and Westcliffe Publishers: South Carolina's Wetland Wilderness: The ACE Basin; South Carolina's Mountain Wilderness: The Blue Ridge Escarpment, and Rapids and Reflections: The Rivers of South Carolina. Tom's current book projects include Costa Rica and Acadia National Park in Maine. | ||||
